Maldita supports the Master of Investigative Journalism, New Narratives and Data at the Rey Juan Carlos University and 'El Confidencial'

Maldita.es joins a new edition of the Master of Investigative Journalism, New Narratives, Data, Fact-Checking and Transparency of the Rey Juan Carlos University  (URJC). In this edition it will be the El Confidencial-URJC Master and Maldita.es will continue to be part of it in Fact-Checking and Transparency.

This academic/professional program, launched in 2012 by Dr. Antonio Rubio and Professor Manuel Gértrudix from the URJC, has been innovating and incorporating the latest journalistic tools and the best professionals into its classrooms,  both nationally and internationally.

Maldita.es will continue to support the Master’s degree, professionally and financially, and together we have managed to ensure that the next students can afford the registration fee and  their stay in Madrid with more aid since the postgraduate course is in person.

Registration is now open , places are limited, tuition is 7,000 euros with aid of up to 30% and classes will begin in October 2023. The paid internships of up to six months will take place at ‘El Confidencial’ , Maldita.es and other collaborating media.

At Maldita.es we continue to support this postgraduate course “so that you don’t get cheated” and dismantle the hoaxes and misinformation that spread on the networks and in some media.
