Introducing Maldito Feminismo: Fighting gender hoaxes with data

Data taken out of context or false figures are increasingly common: public discourse is being polluted with manipulated comparisons and fallacious arguments that attack the feminist movement to discredit the fight for equality between men and women.

Almost a third of the inquiries we receive at Maldita.esare related to gender issues and potential hoaxes on these topics. If you have these doubts, journalism must be there to address them. That’s why Maldito Feminismo. Journalism and fact-checking against lies, seeking the truth in data and verified facts, trying to explain all the nuances to understand complex issues, and shedding light on disinformation that favors sexist discourse in our society.
