Four missions so you don’t get fooled
Taking part in the challenge is completely free, designed for all audiences and adapted to different ages. This summer challenge includes four quick, dynamic modules that you can follow at your own pace, whenever and wherever you like. Each one includes short, informative capsules. Here’s what we have in store for you:
- Catch the hoax. Before you share, put on your hoax sunscreen. Learn how to spot disinformation, manipulated images, and misleading headlines.
- Hook the lie. Don’t bite the bait—spot fake images. Tips to recognize manipulated visual content such as deepfakes or altered videos.
- Surf the web. Dodge the algorithm wave and browse with discernment. Recommendations to understand algorithms and how they shape what we see online.
- Break your bubble. Look at the news without filters or bias—do you know how to recognize them?
By the end of the journey, you’ll become an expert at fact-checking content and know how to avoid being deceived this summer. Show that you’re up to completing all the challenges!
