Terms of Use

Use of the content is permitted under the following specific conditions of the Fundación Maldita.es license (The Licensor):

The Licensee is free to:

  • Share, copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
  • Adapt, remix, transform and build upon the material.

Under the following terms

Attribution

The Licensee must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the Licensor endorses you or your use.

Non-commercial

You may not use the material for commercial purposes.

Share Alike

If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, the Licensee must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.

No additional restrictions

You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits.

Specific Limitations

Artificial Intelligence Use Restriction

The Licensor expressly prohibits the Licensee from including the material in artificial intelligence systems, which includes among other uses, by way of example and not limitation, the feeding, training or development of algorithms, models, or any other process related to artificial intelligence (whether generative or of any other type), without previously obtaining the express written consent of the Licensor. Any request for the inclusion of content in artificial intelligence must be addressed to the Licensor and will require its assessment and, where appropriate, express approval.

Notices

  • The Licensee does not have to comply with the license for elements of the material that are already in the public domain or when their use is permitted by an applicable exception or limitation, in accordance with current legislation.
  • No warranties are offered. The license may not give you all the permissions necessary for the use you intend to make of it. For example, other rights such as publicity, privacy or image rights may limit the use the Licensee makes of the material. The Licensee shall hold the Licensor harmless from any claim, judicial or extrajudicial, received for the use of the material, exempting the Licensor from all liability.
