Jiménez Cruz was selected in the Marketing, Communication and Consulting category for the work carried out at Maldita.es to fight disinformation, where she “has created a powerful model against hoaxes that involves users in the process of verification and in spreading fact-checks.” The magazine also highlights the work Maldita.es does through its Maldita Educa project to “teach citizens how to distinguish between lies and truth.”
In this category, the magazine also selected other women prominent in their fields, such as Gemma Galdón, CEO of Eticas Research & Consulting, which conducts “algorithm audits so that companies become aware of the discrimination and inequality generated by their own data.” Also included are influencer and entrepreneur Dulceida, Beatriz Portela (CEO of Okiko Talents), Carmen Bustos (CEO of Soulsight), and Yolanda Sacristán, General Director of the digital media group The Newsroom.

To prepare this ranking, Forbes magazine first created a list of 300 people noted for their creativity. This list was then evaluated by a committee of experts who assessed each person’s projects and professional trajectory.
